GWI will team up with Unsectored Cbus this Thursday, April 21 to brainstorm cross-disciplinary solutions for rural water access in developing countries. Unsectored Cbus brings students and the Columbus community together to encourage cross-disciplinary collaborations that help passionate students and innovative entrepreneurs connect and work for sustainable change. GWI will be tapping this knowledge and passion to tackle pressing issues in rural water systems development.

In addition to an ideation session around GWI’s efforts in Tanzania, this final Unsectored Cbus event of the year (7-8:30 pm, Arps Hall 012) will feature presentations by two local entrepreneurs: Claire Coder, founder of Go Aunt Flow, who will share her BOGO model for tampons, and mission-driven retail founders of Carry Me Forward, who are working to provide durable bags for youth in need. Food and beverages will be provided compliments of GWI.
