Aysegul Kibaroglu, Professor of Political Science and International Relations at MEF University in Istanbul, Turkey, will give a keynote address on Thursday April 21, 2016  ahead of a full-day workshop on Friday, April 22 about water issues in the Euphrates-Tigris River Basin. GWI is co-sponsoring the event with the Mershon Center for International Security Studies and the the Middle East Studies Center at Ohio State. The event is free and open to all.
